| This division provides information and assistance on transportation
planning, corridor studies, right-of-way preservation, traffic
counts for the Greenville Area Transportation Study (GRATS), and
State Infrastructure Bank (SIB) projects. Staff also provides
technical support to the GRATS Policy Committee, the County Transportation
